By accessing or using bowerypremier.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Cashmash and provides public league information for Bowery Premier.
Nature of the Site
The Site is read-only. You can view schedules, standings, brackets, and results published by the league operator.
The Site does not provide real login or account functionality. Any login page shown is for design purposes only.
League administration, registration, and payments — if offered — happen outside this Site.
Permitted use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial viewing of public league information.
You may share links to pages on the Site.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, automated scraping that imposes unreasonable load, interfering with Site operation, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The Site software, layout, and LeaguesPro-powered infrastructure are owned by Cashmash or its licensors.
Team names, logos, league marks, and published statistics may belong to Bowery Premier, participating clubs, or their licensors. Display on the Site does not grant you any license to use those marks outside normal personal viewing.
Accuracy and disclaimers
Schedules, scores, and standings are displayed as published by the league operator and may be updated or corrected without notice.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that information is complete, current, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cashmash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Changes and governing law
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.
